Cook Island Coat of Arms Umbrella

The Cook Islands' coat of arms features a blue shield with fifteen white stars in a circle, supported by a flying fish and a white tern. Above it is a red feathered ariki head-dress, symbolizing traditional rank, with the nation's name on a scroll below. A cross and a Rarotongan club, representing Christianity and cultural heritage, are crossed behind the shield. It was designed by Papa Motu Kora (Mataiapo Metuakore Teremoana Ngametua Tutakiao Kora BEM).
