Refund policy

We pack all products individually and ensure all purchased products are checked before shipping. If you receive a faulty item or the incorrect product, please reach out to us via our contact page. In such cases, we offer either a refund or an exchange.

Please note: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

Faulty products must be returned to Whetū & Kau within 14 days.

Return Conditions:

• Proof of purchase is required.
• The item must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
• The product must be in its original condition, including packaging and labels.
• The product must be unused.

All parcels are sent via courier. Once the courier has collected your goods, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels.
